“Remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert” (Isaiah 43:18-19).
“There is surely a future hope for you, and your hope will not be cut off” (Proverbs 23:18).
As 2015 comes to a close, take time to reflect on those things that truly matter in life, remembering all that God has done for you, what He is doing and what He will do in the upcoming year. God wants to do a new thing in your life. Let go of the past and start over with a clean slate for 2016, pledging not to take past hurts, un-forgiveness, resentment, negativity, bad habits, or bitterness, etc. into the new year.
Wishing you a joyful, prosperous, healthy and spirit-filled New Year and praying that God’s richest blessings be with you and upon you and your family always.
